R-3 series airfoil is a USA-35B modified as per original Piper design.
T-Cap section is extruded 6061-T6. Intercostals are 2024-T3
Rib is
riveted to cap of metal I-beam spar.
Rib is screwed to web of a wooden
spar.
Rivets attaching intercostals to rib base can be pre-drilled but un-attached for easy replacement purposes at no extra charge. (Request with order.)
Rivets are 5056 series, closed end aluminum with steel mandrel and domed head.
A single rib will be sent upon request for the price of the rib plus $10.00 shipping and handling.
